I know, I've been there

I've been working full- time while juggling being a mum, wife, and trying to have a social life and find time for me. when I became pregnant with my 3rd child I knew it was time for me to take a chance on me and start my own bookkeeping practice and it was one of the best decision I have made. Not to say it hasn't been hard, it has. Starting and running a business is hard, specially when you throw children in to the mix. but that's why I knew I had to keep going, for THEM, for ME and for the LIFE I WANT to provide for them.

And so I know that what you really need is support, accountability, confidence and a CEO mindset to achieve everything you want for yourself and your family.

What is BE THE CEO Business Support Programme?

BE THE CEO Programme provides One-to-One support to small business owners. This programme will provide you with the clarity that every business should start their financial year with; clearly defined aspirations and directions for the year with itemised and stated goals to work to, which of course can be adjusted and refined. Over the 3 months you will get so much out of the programme that you will want it to be a necessary part of your yearly business cycle. You will get the ongoing insights you need to move your business forwards and achieve your goals.

My Mission with BE THE CEO is to help as many coaches and service providers as possible create a business that works for you-- whether you want to be a one man band or build your empire to 6 figures. What are the Foundations?

A true understanding of where you are with your finances and business. Working on a full BUSINESS AUDIT, a SPECIFIC NICHE, and target audience and create a strong message.

Lets you create your goals. Putting all we have learned and discovered in to a business plan and a Financial plan so you have what you need to make changes in your business

Now you have the Foundations in place to get the ball rolling. But taking action can be hard and takes courage and the right mindset and strategy… I work with you to give you that.

Learning what and how and when to review your business is a crucial step to having a successful business. We will walk through everything you need to be checking, so you have a full understanding of your business.

For 3 months, you get my expert support, to get your business and finances into shape, and into a position, you feel confident managing going forward, whilst helping your business grow.
